Please join us for our September chapter luncheon. The educational topic is Health Plans and Employee Benefits, presented by Sibyl C. Bogardus, Chief Compliance Officer, Western Regional Employee Benefits for Hub International. Her areas of expertise include HIPAA, ADA, wellness programs, federal and state health care reform, employment and labor issues, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, cafeteria plans, and compliance with Internal Revenue Code requirements for favorable tax treatment of benefits.
We will also be adopting chapter bylaws at this meeting. A draft of the document was circulated for comment on August 1st.
The luncheon will be held on Thursday, September 8th from 11:30-1:00 at the Lion House. We will meet in the Gable Room located on the 3rd floor. The cost for the luncheon is $20 for members and associate members and $30 for non-members. Online registration and payment will be available through Monday September 5th by accessing the following link:
